How to set up Gnome 4 (Fedora 35)?

Hello colleagues!
I decided to crawl over to Fedora 35 with Fedora 33...
Something with Gnome 4 doesn't work for me.

gnome-shell --version
GNOME Shell 41.4

Switching keyboard layout. Everything seems to be simple. Installed gnome-tweaks, set up Ctrl+Shift and... all wonders and wonders!
Firstly, the layout indicator at the top does not respond to layout changes. Always in "en". I would like to teach the right reaction.
Secondly: it switches from English to Russian with one Ctrl + Shift. Send Russian letters. Once again Ctrl+Shift and... still Russian layout! You need to press Ctrl + Shift twice to return from Russian to English.

PS I understand that it's hard to believe in the glitches that haunt me. Moreover, in 34 there were no such problems.
And then - at least crying. Went through all the settings. There are 2 languages in the system, but from Russian to return to English - double-click. Otherwise, it does not remain so in Russian. The language indicator on the top panel does not change when switching from the keyboard. English all the way.
Along the way, you will have to return to 33 and wait until the Dwarf is finished.
This is beyond good and evil!
There are 2 layouts in the system: English and Russian.
How to overcome this trouble?

I did my usual Ctrl+Shift
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source "['Shift_R']"
Even at the top, the layout began to be displayed normally
