How to set up $FORM->ShowFormErrors() in Bitrix?

When you go to a page with a form where there are required fields, then $FORM->ShowFormErrors() immediately gives an error that the fields are not filled.
How to set up Bitrix so that when entering the page it would not give an error, and it would appear only when the user clicks "send" and did not fill in all the required fields?

Do you have something with a link on which you go. Check if $_REQUEST is clean.
Show a link to the form. It is possible without a domain name.
