How to set up fonts in debian wheezy/xfce?

Hello. Can't set up normal fonts in XFCE under Debian Wheezy.
I managed to get a more or less acceptable look, BUT in Qt applications, the fonts look bad, like double hinting.
Share settings plz (you can also set fonts for oracle jdk).
