How to set up external access to two devices on the local network (with different IP addresses / ports) using one external white IP?

Hello!
Sorry, low qualification does not even allow the question to be formulated, I don’t know in what terms to look for a solution.

There is a local network with a device that has a static IP address and port, such as 192.168.0.100:7000 .
There is a connection to this device from an external cloud server at the white IP address 172.111.111.111:7000 .

Question: how to add another device, give it the next local address 192.168.0.101:7001 and connect to it from an external server in the same way? How to explain to the server that this device should be looked for at the address/port 172.111.111.111:7001? Is it possible? I take it I can't give both devices the same IP address but different ports?

Ports on your network are forwarded by the gateway. It's most likely the router. (since you indicate your qualifications, I make a hasty conclusion that your GW is not a linux machine, but a router.
The router has a NAT (or Port Forwarding), or (Virtual Servers) section. In this section, you must match the external address and port to local address and port.
