How to set up external access to opencart and magento?

Hello everyone, help me understand.
I deployed opencart and magento on my local machine for testing, respectively, they are available on my localhost/opencart and localhost/magento. How to open access to them from the outside?
I have a router, static IP at my disposal. I opened the port on the router itself and from the outside I can go to it - by ip: 8089.
All this on ubuntu 18.04
