How to set up eslinter for webstorm?

There is a new project, and it contains a linter. Here on the screen. And all the usual hotkeys and my code formatting do not work. So I understand because of the settings of one of these files?



How and what exactly needs to be configured in the linter (if this is the case), in order to achieve a minimum indentation of 2 spaces, set the maximum length of the line, and in detail there, double and single brackets.
