How to set up DNS for a domain?

Hi all! Help with DNS.
I bought the mysite.com domain from 2domains.ru, and specified free 2domains servers as ns servers.
I bought VDS from firstvds.ru, without a DNS server.
I deployed a site on VDS, it enters the site by ip.
In the "Zone Management" section of 2domains, the following entries:

* A 100.100.100.100
@ A 100.100.100.100
www A 100.100.100.100

The site does not load or ping on the domain, but opens if you type WWW .mysite.com in the browser line , if it's just mysite.com then it doesn't load or ping.
Here is the output of nslookup by domain:

for mysite.com

What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps the zone has not been updated, look
at nslookup mysite.com dns_domain
If it resolves, it will soon work everywhere.
