How to set up Debian Wifi and Nvidia?
Delivered Debian 8 jessie gnome
, very cool OS - fast and not bad in appearance!
I installed it from LiveCD - the installation was successful and fast, but after installation it turned out that the drivers for Nvidia and Wifi were not installed.
I started installing drivers for wifi according to this instruction - nothing happened and wifi still does not see it. Then I noticed that it displays fonts a little clumsily and the monitor hurts my eyes a lot - I installed the driver !
After that it Debian
stopped working!
How to set up wifi? And how to install Nvidia correctly?

The author of the wiki page you cited about installing NVIDIA's proprietary driver should be shot. The Russian article hasn't changed drastically since 2010! years, from that moment Debian acquired automatic package building from a proprietary driver (older version in stable/testing/sid, latest in experimental
)
Install Ubuntu. Debian has removed non-free firmware, and there is no normal font smoothing. In ubuntu, with a high probability, everything will work out of the box. If Nvidia Optimus - everything will not be very smooth, most likely. I stupidly turn it off in the boot options, because I don't need it.
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nouveau.modeset=0"
