How to set up Cyrillic in PyScripter editor?

Hello.
I started learning Python and decided to try the PyScripter code editor. The editor is Russified, but in the "Puthon Interpreter" window, the Russian text entered from the code turns into question marks.
Already in the settings I pointed to UTF, anyway - questions, questions. Although the service text is displayed there in Cyrillic normally.
How to defeat encoding?

Try at the beginning of the file where Cyrillic is used.
