How to set up css and html autocompletion in webstorm?

Let's say in the html file a class is assigned to some element. How can I set up webstorm to edit the css/scss file so that it automatically suggests the assigned classes as selectors?

I found it myself. It turns out not .
It's strange that this feature is useful and almost all editors have it.
