How to set up Cron in Magento on a VPS?

Hello guys, I can't set up Cron in Magneto 2.2 on a VPS.
I set it up according to the manual, but nothing works.
Please, if you know how, share how to set up Cron on a VPS?

Wang that cron from the side of the server is not configured at all. inchoo.net/magento-2/running-cron-jobs-in-magento-2

Cron can be created by command from terminal php bin/magento cron:install
and php bin/magento cron:run - Runs jobs by schedule
