Wrote a web server in c++. I used MySql as storage. I wrote in VS Studio, in which I registered the paths to include, dll. Now I have an .exe program, but I don't know how to transfer it and run it on Linux so that everything works?

Since there can be no sense in such an undertaking, except for educational purposes - try to repeat this work under Linux, it will be useful.
Install QtCreator, drive your sources into the project, figure out what is nailed to Windows and how to do it normally, and not according to Windows manuals.
You look, and learn to write in C ++, and not in VisualStudio.
