How to set up bridge for KVM in Centos 7?

I'm trying to install KVM on Centos7 according to the instructions:
at the "Configure Bridge networking for KVM virtual machine" step I get an error:
# set IP for br0
[[email protected] ~]# nmcli c modify br0 ipv4.addresses "10.0.0.30/24 10.0.0.1 " ipv4.method manual
Error: failed to modify ipv4.addresses: invalid prefix '24 10.0.0.1' ; <1-32> allowed.
Apparently some bug was caught.
The system is clean, just installed...
