How to set up automatic prefix substitution in Asterisk when calling back to a certain number?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
If someone calls me on the phone in the office, then the number is determined correctly - 8 (926) 123 45 67 (for example).
But if I call back using the call log, then such a call will not go through. The reason is simple - to call you need to dial 9 8 (926) 123 45 67.
How to set it up correctly so that you can call back without errors?

For FreePBX - the same - in the outgoing route, add another route - with the addition of 9 at the beginning

To begin with, look at the outgoing route rule - dialing 9 is not just done that way, perhaps the desired route is selected using this prefix.
