How to set up an issue comment trigger in Redmine via email?

In redmine(2.5.1), by default, an email is added as a comment to an issue if the subject of the email contains square brackets and the issue number " RE: [xxxxxxx #123] ".
How can I set the email to be added as a comment if the subject contains only the issue number #123 ?
