How to set up an infoblock with multiple properties in several columns?

There is a site on Bitrix START and it has a catalog of goods with carpets. Each carpet has several arbitrary sizes and each size has its own price.
It is desirable that one element of the infoblock corresponds to 1 carpet with the entire range of sizes.
How to implement such functionality on infoblocks? Something from custom properties does not fit.

You don't need custom properties, but a "product catalog with sales offers" model.
