How to set up an Android keyboard hint dictionary?

I have to type quite a lot of text and in the past my solution for doing this on a smartphone was a QWERTY keyboard. Unfortunately, they don’t make new and powerful smartphones with such keyboards now, and I’m already dead tired of the brakes of the old state employee Galaxy [email protected], as a result of which I took Galaxy Note 3 and, in general, I’m happy. But one thing attracts attention that could be improved: the on-screen keyboard from Samsung, as you type, gives hints in its upper part, by poking at which you can enter the entire word, but it almost never guesses the word until I finish it to the penultimate letter. This makes the auto-complete function useless, but I would like it to help you type faster. Can I somehow feed her a dictionary of the most frequently used words and phrases in order to adjust the guessing algorithm for myself?
Recommendations for alternative on-screen keyboards are also accepted. Thanks in advance.
