How to set up an alert for bursts of errors in grafana?

Hello!
I am a tech beginner. I am an expert, so I will describe my question in more detail so that they understand me.
Grafana has a graph that shows the errors of calls to one method, and there are about 500 errors on it every minute.
Tell me, is it possible to set up alerts in the event that conditionally in 10 minutes the number of errors will increase sharply, let's say by 30%?
The average number of errors can systematically change both up and down. Therefore, it would not be desirable to set absolute values as a threshold for triggering (in this example, there would be 650 errors).
How is it possible to catch an anomalous burst of errors on a chart in a short period of time relative to the number of errors present in normal time during a crash?
Those. it is necessary that every n-minutes the number of errors for the previous n-minutes be checked, and if at the time of the next check there are more of them by n-percent relative to the average number for the previous same n-minutes, then trigger.
If possible, step by step (where to click, what to choose / write), because I am newbie. Thank you very much in advance!

Grafana draws graphs. Analysis and alerts should be based on the same data that you display in it, the choice of utilities depends on the specific source.
