How many have not searched for information, whom did not ask, then they are silent, then they themselves suffer from this problem, then they simply do not know either.
The question and problem is as follows: I am strongly interested in the Amazon SES service, but after registration I made a request (and more than once) for access, exiting the so-called sandbox, but in response only a refusal in this form:

We regret to inform you that we cannot grant your account production access to Amazon SES in AWS Region EU (Ireland) at this time. We have determined that your use of Amazon SES may adversely impact our services. For further information about our policies, please review our Acceptable Use Policy and Service Terms:

The application was filled out as follows:
Region: Ireland
Website: Russian-language site
Further, I agree that my recipients have approved the mailing list, that I have processing of unsubscribers and blablabla, in general, three checkmarks.
And your comment, where it was said that we have our own database, a website that is higher on business topics, and a mailing list is needed to notify customers about promotions.
Question: what is done wrong? How can I harm their service?
Who works with Amazon, respond, tell me how to wake up, I will not remain in debt.
