How to set up access to a device in wifi network "A" through lan network "B"?

There is an office with a network "A". One of the computers in the "A" network has a Wifi adapter through which it connects to the "B" network.
In the network "B" there is a device (let's assume some kind of drive) to which you need to provide access from any computer from the network "A" using the http protocol.
The thing is that the desired device broadcasts this very network "B" and cannot become a client of another network, which makes the hardware implementation of this problem difficult.
Question: how it is possible to implement access at the program level?

Why? Connect an access point to network A, switch it to the "Client" mode and connect to network B. That's it.
