How to set up a wifi access point from a Raspberry Pi and a Wifi adapter so that the raspberry itself is visible on the network?

How to set up a wifi access point from a Raspberry Pi and a Wifi adapter so that the raspberry itself is visible on the network? And access to it was via wifi in the same way as on the local network? That is, the network must be autonomous. I have already tried a bunch of settings options, but all the time I get a stupid access point on the network of which there is no raspberry itself, which is very strange.

So, the problem is basically solved! Malinka appeared on the web, her own! For those who want to do the same, I found 2 articles describing the settings:
1. https://blog-agents.rhcloud.com/wifi-pi-point/
2. hizz.livejournal.com/3817.html
Installation and configuration I produced packages according to the recommendations from the first article (Raspbian re-uploaded a clean card to the map), from the second article, only the item "2. Editing the Hostapd file" was useful.
Also, according to the second article, you can (and even need to!) Set up a variant with a password-protected TD. Good luck to all!

what operating system is installed?
Judging by the description, it would seem that IP_Forwarding is not allowed if this is a case under Raspbian. It would also not hurt to make sure whether it allocates an IP to the client and with what parameters.
PS: I connected to a WiFi router.

Yes Raspbian! It's just that you want to get rid of the wire when connecting to raspberries and you don't need the Internet

Of course, you can go to a separate router, but you can’t drag the router with you, for example, into a car?

Help me solve the problem ((
I get these errors:
[email protected] ~ $ ifdown wlan0; ifup wlan0
ifdown: failed to open statefile /run/network/ifstate: Permission denied
ifup: failed to open statefile /run/network/ifstate: Permission denied
when restarting hostapd :
[email protected] ~ $ service hostapd restart
[ ok ] Stopping advanced IEEE 802.11 management: hostapd.
[FAIL] Starting advanced IEEE 802.11 management: hostapd failed!
Raspbian operating system... doing everything exactly as in the articles above, but I'm running into errors like this...
