How to set up a VK feed in the manner of RSS for easy reading?

We need a VK feed for mobile with remembering the position (viewed / not viewed) and the order of posts from old to new
. Alternatively, redirect the entire feed to Telegram, but all bots with such functionality are silent.
Is there a better way than feeding all subscriptions one by one to TeleFeedBot?
