Good afternoon, we are creating a website and we need to set up a video broadcast in good resolution (at least Full HD) on it to show concerts. Please suggest the best solution to this problem.

Well, there are a decent number of live streaming providers with almost per-minute payment to generally free ones like youtube

Just use YouTube, start broadcasting there, and embed a frame on your site to view it.
