How to set up a template in gmail.com?

Interested in how you can set up a letter template in google mail. I found only one option, add the text of the template to the signature, but at the same time:
1. The text falls under the "hood"
2. Secondly, you cannot use regular expressions to substitute the recipient's full name or date, for example.
Upd: "answer templates" are included. I am attaching a screenshot of the mail, where can I find these "response templates"?

Settings->Laboratory
Enable "Answer Templates"
As for regular expressions, I don't know what kind of text you can enter.
