Hello everyone, I came up with an idea to make a bot that can be used by technical support. I want to implement an algorithm for responding to messages from a user by keywords. For example, to find a more specific set of words in a message and give the result to the user. I would like to hear from more experienced programmers, whether the correct solution would be to use such a system for responding to messages, or maybe there is some kind of library or AI that can be customized for certain words.
