How to set up a server to generate files through the PHPSpreadsheet library?

Hello everyone, I recently ran into a problem. On the server, the phpspreadsheet library doesn't want to correctly generate XLSX as well as PDF files. When I try to open the generated files, I get an error about a corrupted file, and everything works fine on the local server (computer) ... What could it be? Maybe you need to tweak php.ini?
