How to set up a router for two computers (1 server 2008 with 1c, 2 win7)?

There is a static IP, a router (DIR-300), two computers.
1st windows server 2008 with 1s, 2nd just for office work.
How to set up a router so that users behind the router get to the server to work with 1c (rdp)?
I think that through port forwarding, if so, which port to choose so that it does not interfere with other software to work?
Maybe there are some articles, nuances in setting up, share links.

Well, here it is natural forwarding, in order for users to get to the server located behind the route. Well, for example, RDP, it uses port 3389, but from the outside it is better to use some other thread from 21000 to 30000 to your taste. And it’s natural to forward to 3389.
But if we are talking about 1s, I’d rather raise VPN in general (well, at least with the help of OpenVPN), at least some kind of security.
ps I advise you to also change the DIR-300 (just for the future).
It seems to me that any provider on the site has instructions for setting up the DIR-300, including port forwarding. Here, convenience also depends on the firmware.

1s seems to drive its files over the network, so it's better to connect from outside via rdp and work with 1s actually behind the router (inside). Well, as they said above: transfer to port 3389 from (any, starting from 5000 and up to ...)
