The task is as follows:
There is a project in php (engine), for it you need to organize a version control system (any githab service or bitbucket or some other is suitable), but at the same time you need to be able to update the project from php without starting the console, etc. Because there are many projects on the same engine and I would like to update them automatically. All projects are on different servers (sometimes even on hosting), so only one update option is available when running a specific php script.
Question: tell me which system is better to take (so that it would allow solving this problem), to the maximum without installing anything on the server. And if anyone knows a link to an example of the implementation of something similar.

You're confusing version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery together.
Version control, build and diploma for your hostings are different tasks. And it's hardly worth wanting.
