How to set up a network for HYPER-V?

On the physical Windows 10 PRO, the network settings are registered in the Ethernet parameters as:

IP 192.168.0.100
Маска: 255.255.255.0
Шлюз: 192.168.0.1

On Hyper-V:

IP 192.168.0.101
Маска: 255.255.255.0
Шлюз: 192.168.0.1

Why does it work on physical computers, but not on virtual Hyper-V?
