How to set up a microtik router by spf connection?

I'm trying to set up microtik. Added dhcp, merged ports, but spf does not send any packets at all

my 2011 router only works with a 1G link
, if on the other side there is a 100 Mbit module / converter, it will not work, how can I buy a media converter and stick copper into the mikortik
