How to set up a frontend build directly inside a WordPress theme?

Actually a subject. The internet is full of instructions for setting up a clean frontend build. But what if you work in a team on a project, and your working folder is located directly on the virtual server, in the WordPress theme folder, in which the whole team works through GIT.
At the moment, everything is spinning only through the sass compiler and, sometimes, browser-sync using proxying through OpenServer.
I would like to actually add an auto-prefixer, css minifier, gluing js files. Maybe try postCSS in the future.
