How to set up a filter in RoundCube?

How to set up a filter in RoundCube?
Created a filter with the following parameters:
If the subject contains deoffshorization, then move the message to the spam folder.
But the filter doesn't work.
There are a lot of comparison types in the parameters: contains, matches, exists. Played with different ones - nothing changes. The letter does not move anywhere.
Can someone explain how to make a filter correctly?

As I understand it, in roudcube filters only work on new letters, tk. work on the server itself. "sieve". You cannot force it to run on a folder.
