How to set up a callback script with your telephony?

Question. We use Altegro telephony services, conversations are being synchronized with Bitrix24.
Here the question arose, is it possible and how - to set up a callback script (like CallBackHunter) that calls the manager, and then the client? (essentially with our telephony)

In the CRM settings, dig (CRM - Other).
Create a query string with the insertion of tags with the API code for the numbers of Clients and Contacts - and here you are!
