There is an online chat service that is installed on the site.

I really want to implement such a feature - some kind of script, a program that will monitor changes on the admin page of the online chat service, and if a notification is received (the client wrote to the chat), a call is made to my mobile through a cloud PBX (for example, I have Zadarma , and there is an API).
