How to set up a 3g+wifi device?

Good day!

There is an idea that there is such a device that, being in the wifi network (received an internal ip) and 3g connected to it, will allow: remotely connect from the workplace to the device via 3g and get the IP of the internal network.

Tell me, is the representation correct? If so, how to set up this design?)

@nintendo77

there is such a device

Such a device is called a "router" ("router").
Any of the Mikrotik models with 3G support may be suitable for your purposes.
The difficulty may be with obtaining a white address from the provider from the 3G side. If not, then raise a VPN client on this router (and where the VPN server will be is up to you to decide).
Otherwise, the usual work with NAT, easy to google, and thousands of answers on the Toaster.

Let's say the issue is resolved with IP stat.
Can you briefly describe how to configure routing? Which ports to forward where..
