How to set up a 24bit/pix photo in Photoshop?

In general, a photo is required for a visa. The rules indicate that it should be 24bit / pix, so I would like to know where this is done in the settings? It also says the compression ratio is 20:1. What is it like? :)

Well, the requirements .. why confuse people.
You need a regular jpg.
(24bit/pixel is all the usual pictures of the RGB model with 8bit per channel, and 20:1 compression, I would say even more - You need to save the picture in .bmp and in .jpg, the file size of jpg should be 20 times smaller than uncompressed bmp)
