How to set up 404 status for one page template?

Hello. I would be grateful for advice.
Site URLs are formed according to the following principle: site.ru/category/subcategory/service
Problem: a bug was found that generates many duplicates by adding the page level, for example:

website.ru/page/category/subcategory/service website.ru/page/category/
website.ru/page/category/subcategory/

A question for the htaccess gurus: what rule can be used to mass return a 404 status to all pages (at any level) that contain /page/ (in the URL)?
