How to set up 100 servers?

Hello. The point is this. Let's say there are 100 servers (vps) and there are 5 programs that need to be installed on each server, can this be done in bulk? Maybe some kind of software and so that these programs immediately start working there. That is, in order not to go into each server with handles, but to launch, for example, some kind of software that will install my programs on 100 servers.
