Well, as it were, I forgot, after which I had to make a layout, I run gulp like this and he says me that there is no such command, I’m so wow, they arrived, demolished everything, reinstalled it, he still didn’t like it, but then I realized that he needed to specify the path for gulp.cmd, since before that it was already in PATH , I read somewhere and added NODE_PATH, but it does not work for me unfortunately (the PC did not reboot)
