How to set title and description in new gutenberg editor?

After the next update of WP, the Gutenberg editor appeared. Everything is fine, but the title and descripion are not set for the new entry. This can be seen in the "All records" section.
How to deal with it?

Gutenberg has nothing to do with Title and Description (if we are talking about ... and the Description meta tag). How did you enter these fields before the new plugin?
