How to set time (timezone) in CentOS 7.5 on ESXi?

The problem is that my server considers UTC time +3h, so MSK is 0+3+3 = +6.
It turns out that my server always drives 3 hours ahead (((
No matter how much I set the time zone, I don’t synchronize with NTP servers, it’s still +3(
I understand that it’s a simple task, I re-read a bunch of instructions, mana, articles, I can’t win.
There is one nuance of a VM on ESXi in ESXi there is a checkbox "Synchronize guest time with host" - I turned it off, but the VM did not reboot, because it has a B24 corporate portal, I can only reboot at night. In

general, here is the conclusion:
[[email protected] bitrix24 php_interface]# ntpdate -bs ntp.remco.org
[[email protected] php_interface]# timedatectl
Local time: Wed 2021-04-28 17:07:21 MSK
Universal time: Wed 2021-04-28 14:07:21 UTC
RTC time: Wed 2021-04-28 14:07:21
Time zone: Europe/Moscow (MSK, +0300)
NTP enabled: yes
NTP synchronized: no
RTC in local TZ: no
DST active: n/a

At the same time, 14:07:21 is the real time Moscow time.

@sevnet

I decided on my own, in the VM that the Bitrix company kindly provides, chrony is turned off by default, despite the fact that it is installed.
I did everything at this link and everything healed: https://itdraft.ru/2018/12/20/sinhronizacija-vreme...
