How to set the transparency of the PowerShell window?

Good afternoon.
After updating Windows to Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.17763.1, the transparency of the PowerShell window disappeared. There is a transparency selection point in the settings, the transparency changes, but only until the restart. In this case, such a problem is only with transparency, the rest of the parameters (color, font) are preserved. Maybe someone will suggest a solution.

here is something on the subject. https://gist.github.com/grenade/ed8dd77ae8eeb5b4a3...
but I wouldn't expect any special results - it's preview in Africa too. you are potentially fighting a bug. and if this is really a bug, then it is obviously a losing case.
only transparency flies or other window settings too?
try to set the transparency settings by running the window turned as an administrator.

Roll back to the stable and not put previews?
