How to set the status text in the BP during parallel execution with a pause?

Set up parallel execution of the following actions:
1. Task for an employee
2. Notification of the same employee every minute that the task needs to be completed.


When the business process reaches this parallel execution, the status text becomes "Delayed for 1 minute", although no such status is indicated anywhere. I expect that the status will be the one I specified in the add request. information (left arrow).


Tell me what could be the problem?
