How to set the hover color and the name of the icon on the site?

I replaced the Flickr icon in the header on the site with my own one uploaded to the site in the row of the Font Awesome collection. I did the same in the footer. Only there the hover color is in place, but in the header it’s impossible to assign it. Also interested in how to change the name of this icon displayed on hover.

Can you please tell me what is the code for this?

Because your icon is in png format (it's a bitmap, you can't change the color with this method). You need an icon in SVG (vector) format, then you can change the color.
To change the name, you need to change the content of the title attribute of your link

the problem is partially solved - changing the name pop-up when hovering over the icon cannot be done
