How to set the grid in bootstrap 3 so that the padding on mobile resolutions is not 15px, but 20 or 30px?

I'm doing the layout using the Bootstrap 3 grid.
How can I set the padding on mobile resolutions to be not 15px, but 20 or 30px?
And then 15 pixels is too small and sticks to the screens.

maybe change it yourself on mobile. just 3 classes to style .container, .row and .col-*
