How to set the default country code when adding contacts?

When I add a contact, it is always created with the default country code (in my case +380), I need to add a lot of contacts via .vcf with the country code +7. But they are given in the file as 8XXXXXXXXXX, so they are added as +3808XXXXXXX. Is it possible to change the default code at all?
