How to set the correct images to display the site in FB?

I use Facebook meta tags on the site, such as:

and so
on Well, og: image - I don’t want to work point-blank
I put a link to a normal picture there, I
checked the link - it’s correct
BUT
when I publish a link to the site on FB - the necessary pictures do not appear.

, as I understand it, fb caches the result for 24 hours, and if I change something there, I will see it only tomorrow
