How to set Sublime text 3 as default editor?

I can't set Sublime text 3 as the default editor for different data types on Windows 10. I right-click on the file, in the properties I try to change the application to Sublime text 3, but it does not change, it changes to other editors, but not to Sublime text 3.

Try to look for the latest Windows updates, installed today, the problem is gone.
