Hello, I'm new to programming. I am making a WPF application. There was such a problem. You need to install a splash screen while the main window is loading. Added an existing element (jpg file), When I change the "build action" property of this file to "SplashScreen" (as written in the manual), an exception occurs that the resource cannot be found. When I change this property back to Resource, the application starts normally. I use Visual Studio Community 2015. I did not find a solution on the Internet (everything should work, but it does not). I would be grateful for your help in solving the problem.
