There are two links, one should be shown to everyone, except for the group "Wholesale buyers" id 11, and the second one, on the contrary, only to this group. Tell me how to implement this?

For both cases, the static method \CSite::InGroup([11]) will help you , as well as the condition for displaying the menu item (if they are of course in the menu)
